If the papaya is store bought, keep in mind that it should have orange to red skin. This papaya is a little soft to the touch, but not too soft. If you got papaya from your garden and it is still green, you should let it ripen before feeding it to your baby dragons. Papaya must be stored at room temperature to ripen naturally.
